We operate on a structured monthly delivery schedule to ensure consistency and efficiency for all customers. Deliveries are completed once per month based on your designated route: Route A, Route B, or Route C. Each route follows a set schedule, allowing our team to plan and complete deliveries in an organized and timely manner. Your assigned route determines your delivery week within the month.

Important Notes:

• Deliveries are completed once per month per route

• Weather conditions and unexpected delays in receiving water loads may impact delivery timing and can delay service by up to 5 days.

• Off-route delivery requests may be accommodated for a $25 service fee

• We cannot guarantee a specific day of delivery, even within your scheduled route week

• Please plan to have all empty bottles placed out during your delivery week to avoid missed service

• Schedules are subject to change due to weather, supply availability, or unforeseen circumstances

• We recommend monitoring communications for any updates or delays

• To keep our prices manageable we have a small fuel delivery surcharge:

  • Out-of-town deliveries will incur a $5.00 Fuel Charge per delivery

  • In-town deliveries will incur a $2.50 Fuel Charge per delivery. Starting May 1st, 2026.

• A credit card on file is required unless otherwise discussed with us. If no credit card is on file, your delivery may be delayed.
